The best way to take full advantage of the Chamber of Commerce is to get involved in a committee. You can impact your business by building relationships within the Chamber and advertise your talents by demonstrating them through committee service. The Chamber’s committees serve to expand the vision of the Chamber as a whole, as well as to reach out to the Chamber membership and the entire community. Choose an area of interest and Get Involved!

Provides support to the Chamber staff by assisting with recruiting and retention of Chamber members.

Support and promote business relations for all chamber members by being a visible representative of the Chamber throughout the community and at Chamber events.

Partner with the Town of Argyle, Argyle EDC, and the schools to build a stronger community.

Identify and develop programs and plans that provide information to both the membership and the community that will help promote the area, member businesses, and local events.

Team up with other Chamber members to plan and coordinate Special Events (i.e., Sporting Clay Shoot, Arts & Crafts Fair, Holiday Extravaganza) as directed by the Board of Directors each year.

Work with Executive Officers to review, revise, and/or develop policies, procedures, by-laws, and Board of Director responsibilities and descriptions as needed.
